Nike Kobe 8 “University Of Kentucky” PE Official Look

The University Of Kentucky has received its own Nike Kobe 8 Protro PE for its men’s and women’s basketball programs. It was not too long ago when Nike and Vanessa Bryant announced the “Mamba Program” which has selected a few colleges to receive player exclusive sneakers and the University of Kentucky was one of the colleges picked for this program.

The Kobe 8 Protro is the first sneaker that the University of Kentucky will be receiving its own colorways in, as the Kobe 8 is one of the most coveted Nike basketball shoes in Kobe Bryant’s signature line. The Player exclusive sneaker consists of a simple white and blue color scheme with the “UK” logo on the tongue of the sneaker.

These will likely remain a player exclusive sneaker for the collegiate athletes but for now take an official look down at the Kobe 8 Protro “University Of Kentucky”.

Nike LeBron 4 “Fruity Pebbles” Coming in 2024

The Nike LeBron 4 “Fruity Pebbles” is slated to launch in the spring of 2024. This shoe has been highly anticipated by many LeBron fans and has been a fan Favorite Nike basketball colorway.

The LeBron 4 “Fruity Pebbles” was originally shown off by James himself in 2006 and the colorway is inspired by James’ love for the cereal “Fruity Pebbles”. The LeBron 4 was made exclusively for James but nearly 8 years later it is finally receiving a release. The colorway consists of White, True Red, Mean Green, and Varsity Purple color combinations. The most unique part of the shoe is that the uppers/foamposite have the fruity pebble cereal pattern and the outsole is multicolored.

While no official date has been announced just yet it is officially confirmed that it is coming in the spring of 2024. The LeBron 4 “Fruity Pebbles” will retail with a price of $250 USD and will be available to purchase likely on the Nike SNKRS app and select retailers.

Nike Kobe 4 Protro “Black Mamba”

December is going to have two Nike Kobe shoes release with the Kobe 6 “Reverse Grinch” and Kobe 4 “Black Mamba” or also being called “Gift Of Kobe”. The Kobe 4 is scheduled to launch near the end of the year.

The Kobe 4 “Black Mamba” is essentially dressed in all black with snakeskin material on the forefoot, Nike swoosh, and near the ankle area. There is gold Kobe branding on the TPU heel counter. Despite it being a one toned colorway it is still a shoe that many Kobe fans will be going after and are able to wear on and off the court.

This Kobe 4 “Black Mamba” is scheduled to release on December 26th with a retail price of $180 USD on the Nike SNKRS app.

Nike KD 16 “B.A.D” Official Look

Nike and Kevin Durant are bringing back the “B.A.D” colorway on the KD 16. The KD 15 “B.A.D” was very popular and had every KD fan scrambling to get a pair.

The KD 16 “B.A.D” pays homage to Durant’s grandmother Barbara A. Davis. The sneaker has shades of purple everywhere, the midsole, outsole and overlay has a light purple tone to it. The upper mesh has an integrated light and dark purple look to it and the sock liner and lacing system have a dark purple color to it. Durant branding and Durants Grandmothers initials can be seen on the tongue. Also worth mentioning Durants Grandmothers initials are also on the insoles.

These are expected to release in December for $160 USD at select few retailers like Nike, Foot Locker, Champs, and Dick Sporting Goods. It is also likely they’ll be available via the Nike App.

First Look at The KD 16 “All-Star”

Nike has seemingly already released official images of what could be the Nike KD 16 “All-Star” but is also going by “Easy money”.

This vibrant KD 16 colorway is filled with a variety of different colors. Starting off with the outsole and TPU plate, it is translucent and also has the wording “35 Easy Kevin Durant” which is in reference to easymoneysniper which is his nickname and Instagram handle. The upper is dressed in pink, green and purple as well as pink laces.

No official release date has been announced yet but these are expected for the 2024 NBA All-Star festivities. Expect these to have a retail price of $160 USD.
