Cincinnati Bengals Vs Jacksonville Jaguars
The NFL week 13 will conclude with a matchup between the Cincinnati Bengals (5-6) and the Jacksonville Jaguars (8-3).
The Bengals are without their starting quarterback Joe Burrow and are still in the hunt for the playoff spot but with a loss it would be difficult to move forward in the standings. The Bengals lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers in their last outing and have lost three consecutive games, they will look to add another win to their record. The offense still has most of its offensive weapons in Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins so they’ll look to feed their stars. As for the defense they allowed Pittsburgh to get whatever they wanted, they’ll be facing an uphill battle against Trevor Lawrence who’s been on a roll this season.
The Jaguars last outing they secured a narrow victory against the Houston Texans. The Jaguars have been a team that’s been under the radar and currently are on top of the standings in the AFC. With the Jaguars having a strong record they’ll want to add to their win column to jump ahead in the standings and secure a playoff spot. With the season winding down the Jaguars cannot afford to make any mistake in a conference that is filled with a lot of talented teams. The Jaguars defense will have their hands full with Chase and Higgins but they’ll have to pressure Jake Browning to make quick decisions and keep him on his toes.
A Monday night matchup against the Bengals and Jaguars could prove to be an interesting matchup as both teams look to try and obtain a playoff spot.
