Nike Sportswear will be releasing a special edition sneakers inspired by food you’d find in the produce section of your local grocery store, For Summer 2022. The Bruce Kilgore’s iconic design emerged in a predominantly white and pink-colored ensemble inspired and accompanied by dragon fruit.
The Nike Air Force 1 “Dragonfruit” colorway features profile swooshes stylized as the inside of the American fruit, as their pink trim works in-tandem with “seed”-like details that land on their inner makeup. Special details nodding to the fruit such as the dragonfruit-inspired Swooshes, produce stickers on the lateral ankle, nutrition fact tongue tags and retro fruit-styled heel branding. Other details includes special hang tags and insole to complete the design.
