Trae Young’s second signature sneaker with Adidas is set to release on November, 1st. According to Instagram user @icetraekicks This colorway is called the Adidas Trae Young 2 “Trae-Tlien” because it was inspired by Outkast a Hip-Hop duo and their album “ATLiens” which first released in 1996. André “3000” Benjamin and Antwan “Big Boi” Patton are Atlanta based rappers that formed Outkast. 

The Adidas Trae Young 2 is a mid cut sneaker which is a slight change from its predecessor. This “Trae-Tlien” color-way features purple, black, green and aqua throughout the sneaker. Technology features include boost on the heel, adidas light strike on the forefoot and a primeknit upper. 

Look for the Adidas Trae Young 2 “Trae-Tlien” to release on November 1st on Adidas.com and Footlocker.com for a retail price of $139.99 USD. Take a look down below at a detailed look.

James Harden Adidas Vol. 7 official images have leaked. Harden has been seen wearing  his 7th signature sneaker during the course of the early 2022-23 NBA season. 

This leaked Harden Vol. 7 is seen in a red and black colorway. Staying true to the Harden line the seventh signature sneaker is a mid cut sneaker. The Harden Vol. 7 features a 3 stripe heel counter, a little throwback to old adidas basketball sneakers which is reminiscent of an Adidas D Rose 4 and a Boost midsole which has been on almost every James Harden signature sneaker. The Harden Vol. 7 looks old-school but with a hint of futuristic looks, it seems to catch a lot of people’s attention and leaves many people waiting on a release date.

Miami Heat superstar Jimmy Butler has his very own signature sneaker with the Li-Ning brand coming soon. Butler was seen wearing the Li-Ning JB1 on court against the Portland Trail Blazers. 

The JB1 is a low cut sneaker which features Li-Ning BOOM technology all along the midsole, honeycomb traction pattern and a carbon fiber plate on the outsole. The JB1 “Tough” comes dressed with a black upper and orange throughout the midsole and outsole areas. It is inspired by Butler’s love of sports cars and wildlife according to Nick DePaula.

The JB1 “Tough” hasn’t been made available in the United States as of yet, but it was made available in China on October, 22nd. A release date has yet to be announced for the United States but look for the JB1 to release very soon.

After the Success of the Air Jordan 1 “Origin Story” that released in 2018, Jordan Brand is set to release a Spider-Man “Across the Spider-Verse” Air Jordan 1 in 2023 according to @zsneakerheadz. 

Back in 2018 Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse was one of the biggest movies to release that year and now its sequel Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is set to release in 2023. Miles Morales AKA Spider-Man laced up the Air Jordan 1 “Origin Story” in the “Into the Spider-Verse ” movie. It is unknown if Spider-Man will lace up the new Air Jordan 1 colorway in the “across the spider-verse” movie. 

The mock-up down below is just for reference as it is a concept from @zsneakerheadz, no information about the colorway has been provided or an official look at the all new Air Jordan 1 “Across the Spider-Verse” but it is expected to release in full family sizing in the summer of 2023.

 

Update 12/4/2022: Here’s a leaked first look at the Air Jordan 1 “Across The Spider-verse”, what looks like to be another variation of a Chicago colorway. The Upper has graphic prints that seem to have to do with the multiverse and deal with different cartoon styles that will be used in the movie.  While no release date has yet to be announced, they are expected to release in 2023. For now enjoy a first look at the “Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse” Jordan 1.

Adidas has terminated their contract with Ye formerly known as “Kanye West.” It was announced Tuesday morning that Adidas will no longer release Yeezy branded sneakers and also will not be paying “Ye” and his companies. 

Adidas has been reviewing their partnership with “Ye” for the past month and finally decided it was time to cut ties. The reason for the termination is “Ye” made antisemitism comments, Some Adidas employees voiced their opinions and many fans were left shocked about what he had said.

Adidas had this to say in a statement about the termination of the Yeezy brand “adidas is the sole owner of all design rights to existing products as well as previous and new colorways under the partnership.”

Adidas and Ye partnered up in 2016 and signed a contract to be able to release and manufacture Yeezy clothing, shoes and ETC. The Yeezy brand made a big impact for Adidas as it made up 10% of its revenue which is equivalent to $2 Billion. The Loss of the Yeezy brand will have an impact on adidas. More information will be released on November 9, 2022 according to Adidas, but for now it is likely Adidas will be fine in the long run.
