New Balance Introduces a Ground-Breaking Design with Warped Runner

Featured

Boston-based company New Balance advances shoe fashion with its cutting-edge Warped Runners for this season which is challenging to ignore. The shoe’s curved design is dominated by the slick “Sea Salt” hues, which show off a combination of mesh and suede. The distinctively layered sole offers both comfort and fashion.

According to  Charlotte Lee, senior footwear designer at novel Balance, “The WRPD Runner is a new concept driven by the unique space where style and performance meet.” The sole is a distorted representation of FuelCell, our most advanced running technology. Futuristic design’s abstract elements merge with the foam’s fluid lines to create a striking sensation of movement.

The New Balance 990v6 and some of the brand’s most recognizable running models from recent years both have FuelCell. The color schemes that are anticipated to be used in the WRPD Runner also pay reference to running history: brilliant blue and green animate panels on two future pairs.

The famous “N” logo is asymmetrically positioned on the side, above the full-length FuelCell midsole, adding style. This layout is practical for daily use.

The WRPD Runner pushes the limits of conventional running aesthetics by fusing familiarity with new inspiration. The daring and cutting-edge WRPD Runners from New Balance will improve your sneaker game. These avant-garde shoes are made to stand out thanks to their unusual mesh and suede construction and sophisticated “Sea Salt” color scheme.

Some of New Balance’s most recognizable styles have become the “it” sneakers over the past few years, which has been beneficial for the company as it continues to draw from its past while looking to the future, leading to products like the WRPD Runner.

The New Balance WRPD Runner (also known as “Warped Runner”) challenges what the brand’s typical lifestyle silhouette should look like while maintaining a strong sense of familiarity. Exaggeratedly carved nontraditional lines make conventional design principles appear contemporary. The straightforward and tasteful upper complements other timeless pieces from New Balance’s collection while paving the way for another 100 years of success.
