The Minnesota Timberwolves came out playing pissed off after their lose to the Knicks the other night. It’s unfortunate but the Utah Jazz had to face this Timberwolves team that was ready to bounce back in a big way.

Anthony Edwards came out extremely aggressive tonight against the Jazz as it felt like he could do whatever he wanted too. Edwards was able to get to all his spots tonight with his drives to the paint and his step back jumper. No one on the Utah Jazz was able to slow him down as he was clearly on a mission tonight. Edwards finished with 37 points with only playing 26 minutes tonight. This was a great bounce back game for Ant Man and the Timberwolves after the Knicks game.

Anthony Edwards stat line might steal the spotlight but Julius Randle and Jaden McDaniels came up big time tonight. Julius Randle did it all tonight against Utah as he finished with a triple double (19 points, 10 rebounds, 12 assists). The Jazz had no answer as Randle was able to beat them in every way from playmaking to rebounding and to scoring. Randle has been on an amazing stretch of games right now where he’s just seeing the game at an elite level. When Randle plays like this the Wolves are unstoppable as a unit.

Jaden McDaniels has been elite as well this year and tonight he was able to showcase his well improved jumper. Jaden finished with 22 points, 7 rebounds, and 1 ast. The Jazz had no answer for Jaden in transition and they were able to slow him down on the jumpers he made. Jaden defensively did an amazing job on Markkanen with his size and length as he was held to only 12 points.

The Timberwolves shot (56%) as a unit and looked really good against an Utah team trying to find their identity. It was a rough to watch if you were a Jazz fan as the Timberwolves led by 44 points at one point during this game.
