The originally canceled Nike Air Force 1 Low “Certified Lover Boy” will be releasing after all. Nocta which is Drakes clothing line originally had planned to release this Air Force 1 along with the “Certified Lover Boy” album back in September of 2021.

 

This Nike Air Force 1 is quite different from a regular all white Air Force 1. This “Certified Lover Boy” sneaker doesn’t have the original “Air” text on the midsole instead it reads “Love You Forever”, the star shaped pattern on the outsole have been replaced with a heart shaped pattern, the upper is made up of tumbled leather, and on the backtab it has the official logo of the Nocta Brand.

 

The retail price will be $160 USD which will be releasing at a few retailers and the Nike.com website. A release date has yet to be announced, but expect them be releasing soon. Stay tuned for an announcement on a release date.

The Nike GT Cut has received a second model after the first pair was a major success for Nike. This Nike GT Cut received a lot of praise for the technology and cushioning it had on the first pair.

Before the start of the 2022-23 NBA season Nike plans on releasing the Nike GT Cut 2 worldwide in 3 colorways. More colorways expected to follow soon after.

This Nike GT Cut 2 features a full length zoom unit, full length Air Strobel that is directly above the zoom unit, mesh upper and a unique outsole design called “Smear Traction 1.0 pattern”.

Yeezy Day 2022 is right around the corner.  The past Yeezy Day events it was only one day where the Adidas Yeezy Team restocked popular Yeezy sneaker models through the Adidas Confirmed app and Yeezy Supply Website. This year it will be a 2 day online event on August 2nd and 3rd. If there is a date change we will send out an update.

 

It is unclear which shoes will be releasing on which day but there is expected to be 20-30 pairs in total releasing on both days. If you plan on trying to get a pair we suggest being on your computer all day on the Yeezy Supply website and checking your Adidas Confirmed App frequently.

 

New colorways are being released on certain Yeezy models. As of now it is confirmed that there is a new Foam Runner colorway releasing called the “MX Carbon” and the return of the Yeezy 350 “Turtle Dove” is expected to release. The restock will include sneaker models such as the Yeezy 350, Yeezy 700, Foam Runners, Yeezy Slides, Yeezy 450 and Yeezy 700 V2.

In honor of what would have been his 37th birthday, Young Dolph’s  label Paper Route Empire has released his first posthumous single, “Hall of Fame.”

Young Dolph was shot and killed in his hometown of Memphis in November 2021, Before his death, Young Dolph had already secured a legacy as an independent rapper who became one of the city’s biggest recent breakthroughs.
The song follows the rapper’s first posthumous feature, on Gucci Mane’s “Blood All on It,” from earlier this year and a Paper Route Empire compilation Long Live Dolph compilation featuring tributes from his labelmates, including Key Glock, Jay Fizzle, and Big Moochie Grape released in January.
The Bandplay-produced track finds Dolph at his best, flexing while reflecting on his tireless grind and the legacy he left behind. Compares his hustle to the drug kingpin Frank Matthews and also boasts about meetings with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation (even shooting his shot at a verse with Jay) and earning his first million, over a victorious, strings-laden beat.

“When I was 16, I said ‘It ain’t even about me no more’ / This PRE on my chest, it’s a multi-million dollar logo,”he raps, “You can walk in any trap and I bet they know my name / Frank Matthews of the South, put me in the hall of fame…”

Dolph’s girlfriend, Mia Jaye, also shared a touching tribute to the father of her two children, writing, “Happy Heavenly Birthday My Love.”

Justin Johnson and Cornelius Smith the two men in connection with his murder, outside a Memphis Cookie store, have been charged with first-degree murder in the shooting, along with attempted murder for shooting at Dolph’s brother as well. Both pleaded not guilty.

Teased atop cardboard boxes back in April, BAPE and New Balance are teaming up once again to release a collaborative take on the popular 57/40 silhouette. Slated to release in a trio of colorways conjure the images of the iconic Shark Hoodie a motif inspired by the fighter jet.

This upcoming BAPE x New Balance 57/40 three different color options are green, greyscale, or multi-color constructed in a mix of mesh, suede, and leather materials. Co-branded tongue labels and insoles, BAPE camo on the “N” logos as well as shark motif around the heels completes the design.

    Superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo from the Milwaukee Bucks has officially revealed his fourth signature sneaker with Nike.

 

    The Zoom Freak 4 has some noticeable features such as a Zoom Air unit in the forefoot, Nike React on the midsoles and a quote inside the swoosh reading “The one Who Believed would Become The Unbelievable.” (The pair Giannis is holding in his hand)

 

With no official release date announced yet, Expect the Zoom Freak 4s to be released before the start of the 2022-23 NBA Season along with plenty of other colorways releasing throughout the year.

 

This “Barely Volt” Grade School Greek Freak 4 colorway comes in white with a hint of volt, black and light green.
