DC COMICS GIVES US THE FIRST TRAILER FOR ANIMATED FILM ADAPTION OF SUPERMAN: RED SON

Yes, Marvel may have the upper hand right now with its live adaptation of its comic book heroes, but if there’s one thing that DC Comics has done right it’s the animated films. If you’re a fan of the DC animated films, then you’re in luck as the newest film, ” Superman: Red Son,”  will be the next in the DC dominance of straight to video Blu-ray releases.

Adapted from Mark Millar’s 2003 famed Elseworlds tale Superman: Red Son. The story explores what would have happened if Superman had crash-landed in the Soviet Union and been raised there. This is the synopsis:

“Imagine a reality where the world’s most powerful super-being does not grow up in Smallville, Kansas – or even America, for that matter…

Superman: Red Son is a vivid tale of Cold War paranoia, that reveals how the ship carrying the infant who would later be known as Superman lands in the midst of the 1950s Soviet Union.  Raised on a collective, the infant grows up and becomes a symbol to the Soviet people, and the world changes drastically from what we know – bringing Superman into conflict with Batman, Lex Luthor and many others.”

This film will be directed by Sam Liu (Justice League vs. The Fatal Five, Reign of the Supermen) from a script by J.M. DeMatteis (Justice League Dark). It will include voice acting from Jason Isaacs as Superman; Diedrich Bader as Lex Luthor; Amy Acker as Lois Lane; Vanessa Marshall as Wonder Woman;  and Travis Willingham (Batman: Bad Blood) will voice John F. Kennedy and Russia’s Superior Man.

” Superman: Red Son,” be released on DVD/Blu-ray and digital download in early 2020. Check out the trailer below:

A talented vocalist hailing from Long Beach, CA, Paloma Ford has released a new single “Rain,” a track that represents all the emotional highs at the start of a relationship.

“When passion, romance, and energy completely overwhelm your best judgments and insecurities. It’s the seductive moment when you decide to let your guard down and take a leap of faith, despite realizing you may have left yourself vulnerable to somebody that doesn’t love as hard as you,” said Ford via Complex.

Following an extended absence from the spotlight, Paloma Ford has returned for a strong 2020 the smooth melody and scintillating voice carries you from beginning to end without interruption. Ford has worked with artists Meek Mill and Master P in the past but has yet to have the right outlet for her talents. While “Rain,”  just maybe the single to showcase her talents and become a major hit.

The Apple Music’s Artist of the Year and headlined at the first-ever Apple Music Awards at the Steve Jobs Theater in Cupertino, California is your in talks with steaming service Apple TV+ to release a Documentary in 2020.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the documentary will be directed by R.J. Cutler and “produced in collaboration with Eilish’s label, Interscope Records,” Following the star in the aftermath of the release of her debut album, “When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? “

“Cutler was granted deep access to Eilish’s private moments with family and behind-the-scenes of her public appearances,” inside source told THR.com

At a reported $25 million price tag , the project is rumors to be shot already. Somewhere between $1 million and $2 million budget, the pop star stand to have an incredible payday.

This is now another piece of content exclusive to that service m, enticing fans to subscribe to their service over others. Just another example of the raptly race to arm that is streaming.

In the second of the game a back-to-back, the Los Angeles Lakers strolled into Utah and steamrolled the Jazz in a 121-96 victory. As for questions that arose about how the team would fair on this road trip, well the answer is quite easy just blowout the other team.

Denver’s altitude has always given the NBA teams problems, and Utah’s hostile crowd can lead to some crucial mistakes. Although both Utah and Denver have started the season slower than most thought they would. Usually, a brutal trip but these wins were never in question taking down both teams with relative ease.

So much so that a little over two minutes into the game, LeBron James brought the ball up the floor for the Lakers, after crossing midcourt he took a few seconds to survey the defense, and then forgot to keep dribbling. Picking up the ball, casually strolls for a few more steps, then starts dribbling again as if nothing happened. Meanwhile, Bojan Bogdanovic is screaming and pointing at the referee to blow the whistle and call a travel.

“It was the worst thing, probably one of the worst things I’ve ever done in my career,” James said. “I didn’t realize I did it until halftime. One of my coaches showed me.”

The bigger story in this game was just how much fun the team was having the Lakers’ suffocating defense allowed it’s starting line-up to take the rest of the game off. Dwight Howard celebrating a classic James slam and hitting a corner three.  James was even able to give his shoes to a couple of lucky fans before the game was officially over, and was seen celebrating in his socks to the announcer’s dismay.

Anthony Davis ended with a team-high 26 points, while James had 20 points, and the Lakers’ bench was also very impressive as Kyle Kuzma, Dwight Howard, Alex Caruso, and Rajon Rondo boasted plus-minuses above +15.

The Lakers will wrap up this quick road trip in Portland on Friday night. Tip-off for that game will be 7:30 p.m. PST.

Spotify’s fifth most-streamed artist of the decade, the Weeknd is back with visuals for the song entitled “Heartless,” one of two new singles released last week. The Metro Boomin-produced single is believed to be featured in the Weeknd’s newest album that  would be a follow-up to EP ‘My Dear Melancholy.’

Directed by Anton Tammi, the video takes place under the bright lights of Las Vegas, scenes include the fictional Heartless Casino and the iconic Caesars Palace.

Dressed in a red blazer, dress shoes, and sunglasses, the Toronto artist and Atlanta producer party hard through the night drunkenly stumble their way through the casino. After licking a frog the video then becomes trippy ending with and Weeknd running down Fremont Street. The same scene teased on Instagram.

The second single “Blinding Lights,” which can be seen in a new Mercedes-Benz commercial and a short film for the company’s all-electric EQC model. The Weeknd acted as creative director on the project.

The Weeknd will also be visiting The Late Show With Stephen Colbert to perform both tracks back-to-back on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” Dec. 5th and 6th.
