Union LA Unveils Air Jordan Collection

Sneaker Releases

Union LA has officially revealed its Air Jordan collection, continuing the narrative from their Air Jordan 1s in Black, White, Red, and Blue tones. But decided to use muted versions of those colors.

In addition to the Air Jordan 4s, they added two additional shoes to their collection; the Delta Mid and Zoom 92.

Both Air Jordan 4s comes with stitched tongues that can be easily removed to reveal a normal tongue size. They come built with a mix of suede and mesh fabrics. The suede is like whats found on Birkenstock sandals, the really thick but plush suede. While the mesh is an old school mesh like the OG sneakers of the 80’s.

They applied the same color and fabrics to the Delta Mid and Zoom 92. Look for this Union LA x Air Jordan “Sophomore Album” Collection to release on August 29th exclusively at unionjordanla.com.

Celebs

As Insecure very own Issa Rae’s First Artist, TeaMarrr impressed with her EP Before I Spill Myself earlier this year, and now the Haitian-American singer is back with a new single collaboration with Wale.

Entitled “Colors,” the new track sees the duo tackle racial injustice head-on. Effortlessly switching between hip-hop, pop, and R&B on the passionate track, the two make for a compelling pair.

“I want people to heal themselves with my sound,” TeaMarrr said of her music upon the release of Before I Spill Myself. “I hope they walk away thinking, ‘TeaMarrr is my new musical pharmacist.’ My catalog will heal whatever mood you’re in; if you’re in a lovey-dovey vibe put on ‘Kinda Love.’ If you’re angry at your ex and don’t understand why he couldn’t have done the one thing you asked him to, I definitely have a song for that too. Think of me as the sonic doctor prescribing music as medicine to help you heal.”
